Introduction

POC-451VTC는 모바일 게이트웨이, 모바일 감시 및 승객 정보 시스템 같은 차량 내 애플리케이션을 위한 E-Mark 인증의 초소형 차량 장착용 컴퓨터입니다. 이전 세대 제품과 비교했을 때 Intel® Elkhart Lake Atom® x6425E CPU를 활용하여 1.8배의 CPU 및 2배의 GPU 성능 개선을 이루었습니다.

 

POC-451VTC는 최신의 차량 내 애플리케이션을 위한 4G/5G, WiFi5/6, CAN BUS 및 TPU 모듈을 설치할 수 있도록 다중 M.2와 mPCIe 슬롯을 제공합니다. 따라서 컴팩트한 사이즈임에도 AI 추론 기능을 지원(TPU)할 뿐만 아니라 최신 규격의 WiFi와 광대역 무선 통신도 확장할 수 있습니다. 고성능 모듈을 처리할 수 있도록, POC-451VTC에는 고온 환경에서 최적의 시스템 성능을 유지하기 위하여 M.2/mPCIe 모듈에서 발생하는 열을 분산시키는 전용 방열판(Heatsink)이 추가되어 있습니다.

 

연결성에 있어서 POC-451VTC는 IP와 GigE 카메라 같은 PoE PD 장치를 작동시키기 위해 PoE+ 전원공급이 가능한 2.5GBASE-T 이더넷 포트 3개를 제공합니다. 해당 포트들은 기존 대부분의 이더넷 장치를 사용할 수 있도록 1000/100 Mbps 이더넷과 하위 호환이 가능합니다. 이 시스템은 또한 차량 내에 배치하기 위해 점화 전원 컨트롤 기능을 가진 8V-35V 광범위한 DC 전원입력을 지원하고 센서/액츄에이터 제어를 위한 Isolated(절연) DIO 포트를 제공합니다.

POC-451VTC is an ultra-compact in-vehicle computer with E-Mark certificate for in-vehicle applications, such as a mobile gateway, mobile surveillance and passenger information system. Leveraging the Intel® Elkhart Lake Atom® x6425E CPU, it delivers 1.8x the CPU and 2x the GPU performance improvement when compared to the previous generation.

 

POC-451VTC provides multiple M.2 and mPCIe slots to install 4G/5G, WiFi5/6, CAN bus, and edge TPU modules for modern in-vehicle applications. It can therefore extend WiFi and broadband wireless communications as well as provide AI inference functionality inside a compact footprint. To cope with the high-performance modules, POC-451VTC has a dedicated conduction-cooled heat spreader to dissipate the heat generated by M.2/mPCIe modules to maintain optimal system performance in high-temperature environments.

 

Connectivity-wise, POC-451VTC offers three 2.5GBASE-T Ethernet ports with PoE+ capability for powering PoE PD devices, such as IP and GigE cameras. The ports are backward-compatible with 1000/100 Mbps Ethernet to work with most existing Ethernet devices. The system also provides isolated DIO for sensor/ actuator control and 8V-35V wide range DC input with ignition power control for in-vehicle deployment.

 

With a significant performance boost, 2.5G PoE+ ports, superior thermal reliability for communication and inference, POC-451VTC is an AI-capable, mobile gateway solution that opens the door to more possibilities for in-vehicle applications.

 

Wireless and internet access is essential for modern day in-vehicle applications. POC-351VTC has a total of four M.2/ mPCIe sockets and six antenna holes to accommodate a variety of 4G, 3G, WIFI and GPS modules to satisfy in-vehicle and V2V(vehicle to vehicle) communications. An aluminum heat-spreader is thoughtfully designed to dissipate heat generated by modules to maintain superior operating stability, for the system and communication modules.
